Logic Curve FAQ
Q. What’s inside our pillows
A. The base chamber can be filled with air or water as a personal choice. The fully adjustable amount of air or water will determine your choice of thickness of the pillow. Logic Curve pillows are filled with polyester fiber. Each individual fiber has air chambers that are designed to capture and store air, making your pillow more resilient. Our pillows are also hypoallergenic and machine washable.
The pillows use a triple-pocket insert to allow for an enhanced neck support.
In addition, each Logic Curve pillow includes two Flexible Bamboo Inserts. These inserts are used for optional increased support and lift for your neck area.
Traditional water-base or air-base pillow designs do not provide enough water/air displacement under the neck area. Logic Curve Pillow was specifically designed to enhance the neck support in any sleeping position.
Q. Do I use Air or Water to fill the base chamber? What is better?
A. The preference is personal. Water filled base takes a little more effort to fill with water. Air filling and adjusting for the best comfort level is easier. The comfort and support level is similar for Air and Water. The water filled chamber is naturally heavier. We recommend testing both and try each for a period of one week.
Q. Is it difficult to set up the Logic Curve Pillow?
A. The air or water filling of the base chamber is very easy. More care is required for water filling as not to spill. The water filling also requires that the extra air be burped out of the chamber.
Q. How can I put air into the Logic Curve Pillow chamber?
A. The air filling is very quick and easy. A quick puff of air is usually enough to provide the ideal support. You may also use a hair blow dryer.
Q. Do I have to refill my Logic Curve pillow once I have already set it up?
A. Occasionally you may have to adjust the volume of air or water as the pillow settles with time. Make sure to use the funnel screw included to close the valve tightly.
Q. How do I take care of my Logic Curve Pillow?
A. Keep your pillows at their most comfortable by fluffing them occasionally. To wash your pillow shell in the washing machine, remove the fiber filled triple core and remove all the water/air from the base chamber. Close and tighten the chamber valve. Use the delicate/hand-wash cycle. Use a small amount of mild liquid detergent and wash and rinse in warm water. You can pre-treat your pillow with a non-bleach stain-remover spray if needed. To dry your pillow, reshape it and lay it flat on a drying rack. Don’t hang it up to dry! Doing so may displace the filling. Do not put your pillow in the clothes dryer with any kind of heat. You can use your dryer’s air fluff setting — at a cold temperature only — but make sure to throw in a couple of heavy towels to help with the tumbling process.
